DAVAO CITY- Nag isyu ang City Government of Davao og Executive Order 23 series of 2024 o “An Order Creating a Local Road Inventory Committee in the City Government of Davao”.
Ang pag mugna sa maong komite subay sa direktiba sa Commision on Audit kon COA Circular No. 2015-008, nga naglangkob sa accounting guidelines alang sa local road ug road network systems, subsequent measurement, ug derecognition aron nga masiguro nga ang tanan nga mga dalan kay properly valued and recorded.
Nalakip usab sa maong direktiba ang transitory provisions alang sa pagbalhin sa lokal nga road accounts gikan sa Registry of Public Infrastructures ngadto sa books of accounts sa Local Government Unit (LGU) nga responsable sa ilang pagdumala.
Dugang niini, Ang COA Circular nagkinahanglan sa pagpahigayon og imbentaryo sa mga lokal nga dalan ubos sa hurisdiksyon sa LGU.
