Gikatakdang magpagawas og supoena ang Philippine National Police-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) batok kay Senador Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa isip bahin sa pag-abre pag-usab sa imbestigasyon sa dul-an 100 ka reklamo nga kuno’y extrajudicial killings sa Davao Region.
“The CIDG will issue a subpoena tomorrow to General De La Rosa to appear personally before the CIDG office here in aid of the investigation of the previous crimes,” saysay pa ni Remulla.
Sumala sa Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Jonvic Remulla, nga ipatawag nga personal nga muatubang sa CIDG isip kabahin sa imbestigasyon sa mga insidente niadtong siya pa ang Davao City Police Office direstor ug Regional police chief sa rehiyon.
Giklaro sab sa opisyal nga dili arrest warrant gikan sa International Criminal Court ang ipadala ug wala sab silay plano nga arestohon si dela Rosa.
“There will be no handcuffs. It is merely a subpoena for investigation, not an arrest warrant,” dugang pa sa kalihim.
Segun sab sa CIDG nga gusto nila nga direkta nga makuha ang panig ni dela Rosa, nga kanhi sab nga hepe sa Philippine National Police niadtong panahon sa war on drugs campaign sa miaging administrasyon.
Samtang sa pikas bahin, gibutang sab sa alert status ang mga pipila ka mga airport, pantalan, ug uban pa nga exit points sa nasud aron mabantayan ang lihok ug posible nga paggawas sa senador sa nasud samtang gipahigayon nag imbestigasyon
