WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE DAVAO CITY FOOD AND MEDICINE (FM) PASS
- Team Leader Councilors will deliver the FM Pass to the Brgy. Captains.
- Brgy. Captain will deliver the FM Pass to the Purok Leaders.
- Purok Leaders must distribute the FM Pass to their constituents — as much as possible, by house to house.
- If a house to house distribution is not possible, Purok Leaders may devise their own ways of distribution — provided physical distancing is strictly observed.
- Subdivisions and Associations may get their FM Passes from the Purok Leaders and they may conduct their own ‘no contact, no mass gathering’ distribution scheme.
- The FM Pass shall be used during an enhanced community quarantine (ECQ).
- The City Government WILL ANNOUNCE when the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) shall take effect.
- The FM Pass can only be used with a VALID ID and other documents (company IDs, passport, and other government-issued IDs) and cannot be substituted/replaced by a xerox copy or a picture. THE FM PASS IS NOT TRANSFERABLE.
- Using a fake FM Pass shall be prosecuted under pertinent laws.
- The FM Pass is NOT FOR SALE.
- This is the guide on who may receive the FM Pass:
• Boarder/renter = 1 FM Pass
• Single-family household = 1 FM Pass
• One roof/one household with many families inside (multi-family household) = 1 FM Pass per family
