Matud pa kang Fire Supt. Jerry Candido, task force deputy team leader ug spokesperson, isumite na nila ang final report sa ilang imbestigayson karung adlawa ngadto kang acting Local Governments Secretary Eduardo Año.
Sa higayon sumala pa nga malagdaan na ni Año, gilayon nga isumite sa DILG ang report ngadto sa DOJ alang sa review ug pagduso ug reklamo.
Kahinumduman nga nanguna si Año sa task force nga gimugna aron nga imbestigahan ang nahitabong sunog.
Kahinumduman nga ang Rockfort maoy gikomisyon sa mall management aron irenovate ang third floor sa gambalay diin nahitabo ang sunog.
Kasong kalapasan sa Republic Act 3019 o Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act ang iduso batok sa mga opisyal gikan sa BFP 11, PEZA, ug CBO.
Laing kalapasan usab sa Fire Code of the Philippines ug falsification of public documents ang ipasaka batok sa fire safety inspectors; ug “simple misconduct” batok sa pipila ka mga personahe sa BFP 11.
Plano sab sa task force nga iduso ang kasong grave misconduct, gross neglect of duty, gross dishonesty, ug conduct prejudicial to the best interest of the service batok sa pipila ka mga opisyal sa kagamhanan nga nalambigit.
Gilangkuban ang gimugna nga task force sa mga representante gikan sa Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), BFP, National Bureau of Investigation, Department of Justice (DOJ), ug Criminal Investigation and Detection Group 11.
