Declare Persona non grata in Mindanao regions against NPA welcome to Eastmincom

DAVAO CITY – The easternmindanao command welcomed the declaration of some areas in the Mindanao region of persona non grata against members of the New People’s Army (NPA).

Lt. Col Ezra Balagtey, Eastmincom spokesperson said  about 36 barangays, three cities, four Lumad Tribes and three provinces declaring persona non grata to terrorists due to their havoc.

The official believes that the Mindanao area will further declare the same measures in the future.
